General  Remove pool cleaner vacuum hose BEFORE swimming. Lift flap, pull hose out and let flap close. Do NOT stick finger in hole.  No Smoking  No events  Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm – 7:00am  Please lock up every time you leave.  Umbrellas should be secured every evening and before inclement weather. DO NOT:  Leave exterior doors open or propped. The wind will slam the doors and break the glass.  Touch pool equipment on the side of house.  Touch Boat Lift unless you have been given permission by your host.  Jump while in elevator.  Let children ride elevator by themselves.  Stick your hand through the accordion gate while the elevator is in motion. GOLF CART  CHARGE BATTERY EVERY TIME YOU PULL INTO GARAGE  Treat Golf Cart like you would your own vehicle.  Do not turn the golf cart while driving at high speeds, it WILL TIP OVER.  Avoid potholes and bumps, Cart has low profile tires and not a lot of air. Do not take Off Road.  Ensure you take an electrical cord with you in case you need a charge.  Do not remove garage remote, insurance, or registration from glove box.  Do not drink and drive.  Be smart about how much you load cart up with supplies and people, take two trips if necessary.

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
